The distillery's history goes back to the end of the XIX century, when the first owner decided to begin elaborating a series of spirits distilled in copper stills using traditional methods.Over the years these facilities have seen the birth of such diverse and traditional products as anisette, Pacharan(Pacharan is a light sweet reddish-brown liquid around 25-30% in alcohol content by volume made by soaking sloe fruits, collected from the blackthorn shrub, along with a few coffee beans and a cinnamon pod in anisette, for one to eight months) and, most recently, three varieties of gin: Strawberry, Classic and Black Edition.
The strawberry gin offers a delicate touch of liquorice and the sweet and wild aroma of strawberry and juniper.
The classic gin gives a fresh touch to the palate trough the combination of lime, grapefruit, orange, lemon peel and cilantro.
